Dr. Okabe is a trained chiropractor who graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington Minnesota with a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. He loves to teach and help people attain their health goals through chiropractic care. Dr. Okabe currently teaches chiropractic students across the USA and Canada and is always continuing his education.
Dr. Okabe is certified in Motion Palpation, Advanced Muscle Palpation Technique, Graston Technique, Functional Movement Screen, Webster Technique, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment. When Dr. Okabe is not in the office he loves to enjoy the outdoors, staying active, and spending time with his family and friends.

Kristyn graduated from the 2550-hour program at Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies. She provides clients with an exceptional experience in the direction towards natural healing of the body and assessing musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
She believes in the importance of being present during treatments, educating clients on their bodies and answering any questions clients may have. With an athletic background, Kristyn has an enhanced understanding and compassion of the unique needs of athletes.
Kristyn loves to listen to music, stay active and focus on a balanced lifestyle. She has also competed in national level fitness competitions. She has taken additional workshops to integrate into her everyday practice, such as:
-Sports massage therapy
-Pre/post sports massage
-Introduction to craniosacral therapy
-Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ)
She is eager to learn more through continued education workshops, for more methods in approaching client’s conditions.
